We offer more than 3,000 items and most items are not kept in inventory.
Items not in inventory are specially ordered from our suppliers and may take
1-3 weeks for it to be shipped.
Since most items are specially ordered to fulfill request, cancellations and
changes will be accepted 24 hours from the date the order was placed,
otherwise, this order will be considered as final and at that time your credit
card will be charged accordingly.
Please allow 1 - 3 weeks for orders to be shipped unless stated in the comment
section of the order form.
Express shipping
Should you need the merchandise within a certain period of time, or for a
special occasion please mention it in the COMMENT SECTION of the
order form.
Only the items starting with the prefix’s
AL, EM, ES, HB, HH, HO & NP, IF AVAILABLE can be shipped to meet
your deadline.
Express shipping cost via USP or FedEx:

2nd day $38.00
3rd day $30.00
If we are unable to meet your deadline we will make sure to inform you by e-
mail within 24 hours, so please make sure we have your correct email address.
You will be e-mailed on the day we dispatch your order.
If we encounter a problem with the order or product availability, you will be
notified by e-mail.
To insure processing of your order without delays, and to avoid frauds, the
billing address & telephone number MUST MATCH your credit card’s issuer
bank records exactly, otherwise your order will not be processed. For your
protection, all credit cards are verified prior to processing.
Shoes and boots cannot be shipped to PO Box
A 6.5% sales tax will be automatically added to all orders shipped within the
state of Florida only.
