NO REFUNDS are accepted at anytime, exchanges only will be accepted.
EXCHANGES on defected items or error in shipment will be replaced and
shipped at no additional cost to you.
Prior to any exchange you MUST email us to receive a Return Authorization
Number (RA #), packages without RA # will automatically be returned to sender
at your expense.
Exchanges will only be accepted on item(s) that have not been used or worn and
should be in its original packaging. Items found not following these guidelines
will result in the package being return to you at your expense.
Exchanges must be requested no later than 2 weeks from the date the item was
shipped to you, after that date exchanges will no longer be honored. The item to
be exchanged must be shipped back within one week of the day the RA # was
issued to you, so that we may return the item back to our suppliers as well.
You will be responsible for shipping fees (both ways) and an additional service
charge will apply for the exchange. Since item(s) will be shipped back to our
supplier and in turn they will charge us a restocking fee, they are followed:
$ 5.00 to 19.00 = Restocking fee $ 5.00 (Per item)
$20.00 to 39.00 = Restocking fee $10.00 " "
$40.00 to 69.00 = Restocking fee $15.00 " "
$70.00 and over = Restocking fee $25.00 " "
If unable to find an exchange item, a store credit will be issued, credit must be
used within 6 months from the date RA # was issued.
To better fit you, please send us your proper measurements in the "COMMENT
SECTION" of the order form, i.e. Bust & cup size, waist, hips and height, this will
save time, money and will avoid exchanges.
NO EXCHANGES will be allowed at any time on LINGERIE, HOSIERY, BATHING
SUITS, LEATHER & VINYL ITEMS and JEWELRY for sanitary reasons.
No exchanges will be accepted on SHOES or BOOTS SIZE 11 or larger.
CLEARANCE item(s) and COSTUMES sales are final. No exchanges, returns or
refunds will be accepted on Clearance and Costume items.
