For our international customers, we welcome any correspondence/emails in the
following languages: French, Italian, German, Spanish and Portuguese.
Please allow 1-3 weeks for orders to be shipped, International orders will be
Express Mailed via United States Postal Service and usually takes 5 business
days to reach the country of destination from the day of dispatch.
Shipping outside of the United States maybe subject to import
charges, duties, tariffs or taxes which are the full responsibility
of the customer.
We offer more than 4,000 items and they are ordered directly from our suppliers
and will take 1 to 3 weeks for it to be dispatched.
Since most items are specially ordered to fulfill request, cancellations and
changes will be accepted 24 hours from the date the order was placed,
otherwise, this order will be considered as final and at that time your credit
card will be charged accordingly.
Should there be any changes or cancellation after 24 hours from the date the
order was placed the restocking fee will apply.
$ 5.00 to 19.00 = Restocking fee $ 5.00 (Per item)
$20.00 to 39.00 = Restocking fee $10.00 " "
$40.00 to 69.00 = Restocking fee $15.00 " "
$70.00 and over = Restocking fee $25.00 " "
As postal rates vary so much from each country we cannot offer a flat rate. But
from our past experience overseas shipping rates are about $25.00 to $50.00
depending on the weight of the package, plus $5.00 handling fees.
You will NOT be charged a penny more than what shows on the Postal Stamp.
You will be informed of the shipping cost via e-mail the day we dispatch your
order. At that time your account will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the proper
charges.
If we encounter a problem with the order or product availability you will be
contacted by e-mail.
To insure processing of your order without delays, and to avoid frauds, the billing
address and telephone number MUST MATCH your credit card’s issuer bank
records exactly, otherwise your order will NOT be processed. For your protection,
